Larry,
I forgot to add:
WordPress allows you to put items in more than one category. You only
enter the product once, set its category(ies) and you're done. A person
could do a search of your entire inventory by category, stock number, or
keyword. The biggest cost would be to set it all up, but once that's
done, it's just a matter of maintaining it.
