[Woodcarver] Old wood from 1900's pipe organ

have a load of old wood from a 1900's pipe organ and wanting to use the wood for doing some  carving , will be using the wood winds, but will have to cut and join together, the carving i want to do will be a statge coach with horses and then above it will be carvings of  Roy on Trigger, Dale on Buttermilk, Bulletm and of course Pat in Nelly Belle  anyone got any good ideas on this ?  the wood is all good eastern pine, also have consdered sellling some of the wood  any one tell me what it should sell for per BF ?    thanks  John in Az
