[Woodcarver] Winter Wood Wonders show ...

Hello folks,

I just got word that there are only a few tables and 10' x 10' spaces
available for the Winter Wood Wonders show coming up on Feb. 18 and 19.

Don't forget that all the proceeds of this show go toward the support of our
wounded veterans at the Edward Hines VA Hospital.   A check in excess of
$6000 was presented to the Windy City Athletes' organization at the
hospital.  For more information about the show and to get an Exhibitor's

This is a great cause folks, so let's get behind it and participate in any
way possible.  This year the location of the show is the Kane County Fair
Grounds, 525 South Randall Road,  St. Charles, IL 60174 
( http://www.kanecountyfair.com ).  It is open from 10 to 4 each day.

There is a Silent Auction with many great pieces of art work by carvers and
turners, as well as items donated by various vendors.  

One of the tasty highlites of the show was the array of wonderful pastries,
baked goods, coffee and hot cocoa supplied by Cocoa Bean from Geneva, IL.
Those were worth the trip alone!   :o)

If you can't be a part of the show by exhibiting, please come out for a
visit.  Help those running the show to give back to all the brave veterans
who gave so much to protect our freedoms.
