[Woodcarver] Sad New Regarding Steve Springer

Friends in Carving -

I just received the following news regarding Steve Springer, a long-time member of the Woodcarver List and participant in the W3E Secret Pal exchanges almost since the beginning.  The word came from Glenn Fout, Steve's neighbor and another longtime member of the List.

From Glenn:

"Just wanted to say that we had some sad news today. Steve Springer passed away today. I had a heart value replace last week and came home Thursday . Pauline [Steve's wife] said that he was feeling OK on Friday and Saturday but on Sunday he was having a hard time breathing . Pauline called 911 and they came out put him on the stretcher and when they were taking him out to the ambulance he passed away and they couldn't get his heart stated. He will be missed by all of us. If you would please pass on a word in the Woodcarver List for me and maybe pray for his wife Pauline."
