[Woodcarver] Stripping

Forgive me, I have not been here in a number of years.  Can anyone tell me where to find information on stripping paint, layer by layer from a painted wooden animal?

I use "Circa 1850"
Its AMAAZINGG takes 3 and 3 coats off at one time 
Read instructions BEFORE using NOT after
