[Woodcarver] Winter Wood Wonders announcement

Hello everyone,

 

Below is an announcement for the 3rd Annual Winter Wood Wonders show held at the Kane County Fairgrounds in St. Charles, IL.  It was moved to that location last year and it was a brilliant move on the part of the organizers.  It is being held in a brand-new, huge facility with loads of lighting, access doors and very close parking.  It is one of the finest locations we’ve ever set up in.

 

Please consider exhibiting at the show or at least coming out for a visit.  All the proceeds go to the benefit of the wounded veterans who have selflessly served our country.  

 

Please copy this announcement and send it to whoever you know who might be interested in such a show.  There will be more than just woodcarvers involved.  Last year there were turners, scroll sawyers, furniture makers, etc. exhibiting.  Put the announcement in your club’s newsletter or anywhere it may get noticed.  Let’s all get behind this very worthy cause for some very worthy people.

Winter Wood Wonders is a wood art festival featuring unique hand made wood art. 

  

The show strives to present a variety of wood artists to celebrate and share wood art forms with the public. 

This is an opportunity 

  

· to educate and inspire ourselves and others 

· to introduce to the public the many ways of working with wood 

· to showcase the variety of forms in wood art 

· to sell our work 

· to purchase from vendors 

· to promote wood art clubs in the area 

  

All proceeds will be Donated to our beloved veterans (Hines VA Hospital, Windy City Athletes)
