[Woodcarver] computer help needed

You could try going to the Control Panel Classic view.  One of the  
options is Keyboard.
When you click on it, a window comes up and down near the bottom are a  
couple of buttons.
One of which is Troubleshoot.  It might help.  My machine is actually  
a MAC but I have
an emulator for a PC in it and every once in a while I have problems  
with the PC that
just DO NOT occur with the MAC.
