[Woodcarver] Get updates on Bob Guge

Hello Larry,

 

That is a wonderful idea about selling donated carvings to financially
benefit Bob and his family.  Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to take on
such a task.  My commitment to keeping our business strong as well as a
tremendous amount of time working as Show Chairman for the International
Woodcarvers Congress leaves little time for anything else.

 

It would be difficult to transport carvings to various woodcarving shows
without the chance of damage to them.  Perhaps someone who is retired, with
a bit of time on their hands, can facilitate some sort of on-line auction
for the sale of such donated items.  We will have to see if something of
that sort can transpire.

Hi Mr. Yudis,

I don't know Mr. Guge, he will be in my prayers for sure as well as his
family.  Just a thought in order to assist the family with money. What do
you think?. If you were to use the wood carving avenues open to you to
enlist all wood carvers nation and world wide to carve an item forward to
you in a timely fashion so that at one of your wood carving shows the
carvings would be sold and monies forwarded to Bob for his medical care or
the families' need. Just a thought.
