One of the points of the video is how to easier hold the angle by using the flat, top portion, of the wheel.

My grandson and grandson-in-law took up hunting and asked me to sharpen their hunting knives. Instead I made a couple of sharpening systems and taught them how to use them. They practiced about 30 minutes and became proficient at getting a razor edge on their hunting knives.

It was 10 degrees F this morning and felt like spring. Forecast is to get warmer. Got to dig out those swimming trunks.
