Does anyone know for sure if the Tom Carnes that carved the Saw Whet Owl bottom of the page here:  http://carverscompanion.com/Ezine/Vol9Issue4/Dollywood/Dollywood2.html

I have an inquiry from a web site visitor who has inherited a Carnes carving from his grandfather and is looking for more information about the carver.
