[Woodcarver] 2021 WoodCarving and Wildlife Festival

News from Lancaster County WoodCarvers

 

Dear Carvers and Friends,

 

On September 23rd we held a show committee meeting, and all attendees agreed
that we should cancel the 2021 Lancaster County Woodcarving and Wildlife Art
Festival.  With the uncertainty concerning the availability of our venue and
the constantly changing environment due to the current virus situation, it
doesn't make sense to plan for an event this large for next spring.  

 

We regret being forced into this decision, but the safety and health of all
of us is of paramount concern.  The probability of a large financial loss to
the club, though secondary, also played into our thinking.  

 

Hopefully our world will look different soon.  We anticipate having a great
show in 2022.  See you all then!
