Good Evening Does anyone on the List know how to sharpen picking shears? I have been trying for over an hour now and the last inch does not cut completely. I am doing it for my sister and she said she 'might' have hit a pin with it. I can not see any damage to the edge. I have tried using my Tormac and then tried using a hand stone.<br>
