Well it's been exactly one year since I began carving. As I have said
before I have enjoyed carving so much more than any hobby I have ever
had. Thanks to all of the folks that have helped me out!  Here is my
latest carving, a new woodspirit that I hacked out today :)  It's
carved on the corner of a 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 6 inch long basswood stick.
Finished in tinted oil and satin lacquer. Thanks all for looking at my
crap for the last year and looking forward to learning much more from
