Friday I was doodling and came up with this ornament after some
refining. Saturday the carving club had a table at a local craft show
to bring in some new members. I did a 6 hour shift yesterday doing
demos and carving this ornament. I really like how it turned out. He is
carved from 1/2 x 5 1/4 tall x 2 3/4 wide basswood. Finished with
acrylics, BLO and satin lacquer. I have included the pattern for anyone
