Thanks Karen very much, I appreciate it. I hope to paint him tomorrow. Willy was a character as so many Scotty dogs are. I couldn't bear to bring another dog in right now. I will wait until next spring. Winter is a horrible time to acclimate a new dog. No puppies, as with Willy we will rescue a dog that needs a good home. Willy was 9 momths old when we got him, his former owner had passed on and he had no family. He came all trained and just looking for love. when you get a dog 9 months to a year old you can really see their personality. We will just do it again when the time comes. Thanks again Karen!<br>

<p>I really like your new carving he looks great and I am excited to see him in color. I want to say how sorry I am about your loss of Willy, as a dog person who has owned many I know what your going through. It does not make it any easier though. So will keep good thoughts for you and tell you it is always a great idea to hop right back into the saddle and bring home a new puppy, never replaces the loss but does help with the healing process.
