Thank you everyone for your comments.&nbsp; It was fun to see my carving

on television last night, even briefly! :)<br>

Donna, the trophy has not been duplicated at all.&nbsp; No reproduction

rights involved.&nbsp; No contracts for use of my photo either.&nbsp; The

trophy goes back and forth between the teams to whoever wins the year's

rivalry.&nbsp; There is no way they could have duplicated that

picture...it's a composite of two views that I photographed against my

gray background.&nbsp; Here's the picture on my web page

I don't mind a photo of my carving being publicized.&nbsp; What I

do&nbsp; mind is that they never asked for permission or even let me

know.&nbsp; They could/should have, at the very least,&nbsp; mentioned my

name!&nbsp; Shame on Sports Illustrated!<br><br>

Mush- I remember that commission as you were making it- but I didn't

realize to what use the original was going to be used. Have they used

your carving to make multiple copies for these trophies? It is exciting

to see your work showed around as much as that is. Big congratulations to

you.<br><br>

Personally I wouldn't mind if they used my photos of my work since that

is probably better than they could take and I would like my work to look

good. Wouldn't it be difficult to prove that it was your photo anyhow?

Couldn't they duplicate the photos from the carving they bought? Or did

you sell just the reproduction rights?<br>

It would also depend on what your contract states their rights to the

image are.<br><br>
