[StBernard] St. Bernard expels roadside vendors

Maura and Laurie,
 
These waters are considered to be navigable water ways and have been being
pleaded with FEMA and the NCRS to get vessels and other debris out for 10
months-  Rickey Melerine has been fighting this all along, but those parts
that are in Orleans is a different fight that our fight doe not transfer to-
that would be too logical.
 
We will keep pushing it.
