[DesignII] version 8.50 of DESIGN II for Windows

We are currently planning three major items for the 8.50 version
of DESIGN II for Windows currently due out in September or so.
1. Addition of a configuration interface for the Stream Summary
    view in the Excel Blaster (data transfer tool to MS Excel)
2. Addition of two phase flow to the Depressurizer unit module
    (you will also be able to specify if the Depressurizer is located 
     on a tank (vent vapor first) or a line (vent mixed flow in pipe))
3. Addition of full dialog support for the Controller unit module
