[game_preservation] Library of Congress funds project for game preservation

Jerome has responded from UIUC -- I'll ask the Maryland and Rochester 
partners if they are on the list and would like to be.

There is an archivists group in SL, and I'll ask there, too, if 
somebody would like to join.
