[game_preservation] Game Preservation panel at DiGRA2009

Great news Dan. Hopefully we can start doing things at DiGRA every time
it is on, depending on what is going on. I'll be able to come as long as
they sort out when the dates and accommodation is so I can book it :)

If you edit the SIG white paper that'd be fine with me.
