Yeah, so now you just need to know the _time of day_ which most birth
certificates do not contain.

Make that 14,001 to also count the secretly forged ones which the
nazi-muslim-world-governement-conspiracy issue to their manchurian
candidates at birth abroad so they can later become president :-)
