Yes, that is *precisely* what I'm going to do.

Does Daniel Gambis have a home PC? And a Gmail account maybe?
I will implement EVERY leap second which I receive from Mr. Gambis, in
direct disobedience to any orders from the ITU to not do so, and
regardless of whether the LS is announced through the current
"official" channel or through a personal email account.
By a show of hands, who else on this list is with me?
