Ordered list syntax.

This ordered list syntax issue will be very tricky.  HTML list type 
controls are deprecated; so is the <li> "start" attribute.  Is Markdown 
gonna start applying CSS?

Dunno.  Maybe this is best left to author control through whatever 
class declaration method is decided.  Sucks, but this stuff isn't 
supposed to be part of XHTML any more.  Unless I'm completely mistaken, 
this is a big pile of night-crawlers.
