What's the difference between this:

 > The key is actually generated from the following code snippet:
 >
 >		MD5_CTX ctx;

and this:

 > The key is actually generated from the following code snippet:
 >
 >		MD5_CTX ctx;

The second has one more space on the second line. But that single space 
causes Markdown to treat the first as `<pre>` but not the second.
