Preview error with only Markdown

Let me know how it goes. In the meantime, Six Apart has expanded the
MT 3 beta test to include MT plug-in developers, so I'll be testing
Markdown with MT 3.

Both Markdown and SmartyPants should work just fine; there's only
been one change to the plug-in API that breaks backward
compatibility, and none of my plug-ins use it.

Fingers crossed, knock on wood, etc.
