PHP markdown in b2evolution...

If anyone out there uses my PHP Markdown renderer plugin for
b2evolution, you'll be happy to know that suspending the balanceTags
option will get Markdown's automatic link syntax past the
SafeHtmlChecker (see step 5 of the updated install instructions) and,
I believe, now support all of Markdown's syntax:
