OK, the Java implementation now passes all the MarkdownTest tests, except for Inline HTML (Advanced) and Tidyness, which the Perl 1.0.1 release also fail on. I've also clarified the licensing (yawn, it's BSD) and packaged it somewhat more nicely. <http://markdownj.petebevin.com/> Pete.
