Ah-hah, that helps. This effects any version of Markdown, but it's
not a bug at all. It's by design. There's no difference between that
and this:
[this _and_ that](http://www.domain.com/this_file_name.html)
It has nothing to do with the underscores in the URL -- it has to do
with the underscores in the linked text.
The idea we talked about last week, where underscores would only
serve as emphasis delimiters at word boundaries, would solve this
problem.
