Yup; Sebastian Reidel, who packaged it and submitted it to CPAN, let
me know, and, in fact, yesterday submitted a tweaked version with
support for formatting options after I pointed out that asking
people to modify the Markdown.pm file itself wasn't a very good way
to support HTML 4 output.
