MultiMarkdown now supports tables

[MultiMarkdown][] now supports the same syntax for tables that PHP
Markdown Extra does (undiscovered bugs notwithstanding). I liked the
fact that Michel's syntax was simple, did not *require* a lot of
effort to make it look nice, but it did allow you to make a
reasonable looking plain text table that supported column alignment.
So I implemented it in perl. There have also been a few other
improvements to MultiMarkdown since my last announcement here.

Additionally, there is support in my XHTML->LaTeX->PDF XSLT
transforms for converting basic XHTML tables into pretty LaTeX tables.
