adding [markdown] to the email subject lines for markdown-discuss

Hi Seumas,

Sure - many thanks - however I don't want to filter - I want to be able 
to scan my inbox and pickout which messages are related to markdown 
visually.  As I said before I find that if I start moving messages to a 
separate folder I just end up never reading them.

Ideally thunderbird would let me prepend [markdown] as part of the 
filtering process, then everyone would be happy.
