Markdown and Wikis

IkiWiki uses Markdown.

It has active development.

It uses files for storage. (It can use an optional revision control system 
too.)

You can have templates. Also you can use stylesheets.

I have been using it for almost two months on a project with over 60 
members, over 100 pages, and near 1000 page changes.
