I think it *should* be an unordered list followed by an ordered list,
but the oracle says it's just one list (and it doesn't matter if there
is any spacing between the two items, oh joy!)

It's trivial for me to hold my nose and relax the emblockulator to
follow the oracle, so as much as I don't like the idea that's what
I'm going to have to do for discount version 1.3.0
