markdown wiki for compiling documentation

Hi,
I'm very new to this group.
I've just learned what markdow is and ho it works.
I need a way, to produce some docs. I need a collaborative ( wiki?) repo,
accessible for more people with ACL right.
I also need to export the doc on various format (pdf, doc, HTML...).
Could it be the right way?
