[MCR] Singing Pass Trail

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

The Singing Pass trail is still in very passable form. Harmony Creek bridge
is melting out and usable. Lots of expectable forest debris on mid third of
trail. Ditches on road are much like they where through the winter, some are
still crossable. Near the village the road has a few dirt patches of no more
than 15m across.
