[MCR] mt Tupper

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

Climbed the West ridge of Mt. Tupper today with Konrad Schieber.  The route
is in excellent shape.  The trail is dry to the Hermit Meadows with good
travel on snow to the ridge.  The ridge is completely dry of snow.  Mt Sir
Donald looks like it needs a bit of time yet as it's still pretty snowy on
the upper half.
