[MCR] Northern Purcells

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

To add to Scotts email, much the same observed in the Northern Purcells along with sun crust on steep solar aspects at and below tree line. The surface snow was running quit easily in steep terrain and with more snow in the forecast be careful out there....its only November.
