[MCR] Lake O'Hara, Yoho Park Conditions Oct 23

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

Spent the night at Lake O'Hara Oct 22nd.  There was about 3 cm of snow at
the lake.  We woke up to 15-20cm on the ground and -3 degrees this morning
(Oct 23rd).  See photos.
