[MCR] Kananaskis Partial Re-opening

Just an update regarding opening in Kananaskis Country areas.

Lots of trails/scrambles are now open but some local areas are still closed due to flooding damage.  Please respect these closures.  Yamnuska, Ha Ling, EEOR, are all good to go for climbing access.  Barrier, Wasootch, 6 flags, the "Goats", Grotto, Cougar, Echo Canyon are also open.  Acephale will likely be open soon.

Smith Dorrien Highway will be open soon.  At this time, its only open from the South end at Kananaskis Trail north to Engadine Lodge.  Highways crews are hoping that sometime tomorrow the road will hopefully be open.  Some trails such as Chester Lake area are completely wiped out and closed until they can be repaired.

Highway 40 is Closed at the Winter Closure gates so Highwood pass area is out for vehicle traffic.
Hwy 66 is still closed at the Maclean creek road intersection.

Long story short, some scrambles are now in and a few alpine routes such as Lorette, Gap (with a bike), Blane and Brock, Mt Kidd are open for climbing
