[MCR] Chester Lake

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

Skied into Chester Lake area yesterday.  As reported by Neil for Black Prince, we also saw large surface hoar up to 15mm widespread in all open areas.  This layer was seen from the parking lot up to the lake and is probably above it also although we did not venture further to confirm.
