[MCR] Extension of Special Avalanche Warning

[Public Mountain Conditions Report]

Avalanche Canada has extended the current Special Public Avalanche Warning
until January 4. This warning still applies to most inland regions of BC and
will now also include coastal areas near Whistler and Pemberton.
