Where Was N&W's First Interlocking?

It just dawned on me that I do not know where the first interlocking was installed on the N&W.

Anyone know?

To know the date, manufacturer and number of levers would be real icing on the cake.  (Hint, Hint, K.M. and H.B. !!!)

Is there a comprehensive list of N&W interlockings?  (I don't think we should include in the list remotely controlled interlockings, just places that had "interlocking stations.")
