Combine #1506

I have wondered the same having spent many a day on the 1506 restocking,
riding and selling setups and snacks on the RF&P football trains from
Richmond to Washington and return for the Redskin home games as ODC VP
for Concessions back in the late 60s early 70s. There was rarely a
return without "the emergency" being pulled!

How did the 1506 come to belong the NC Transportation Museum?  It used 
to 
belong to the Old Dominion Chapter of the NRHS.
