Big Trust Deed Filed in County Clerk's Office

    There was filed on Friday in the Mercer county clerk's office for recordation a deed of trust from the Virginia [sic] Railway Company (Deepwater and Tidewater) to the Central Trust Company of New York, to secure an issuance of thirty-three million five hundred thousand dollars in bonds, the same to be sold and disposed of as needed for the construction of the road.
