  It had to be some time after 1943, because of the 6 in the address.
Kansas City Post Office started the numbered zones in 43 as a war time effort
to speed up the mails, I was a child in KC at the time the postal 
zones were started.
I got my first ball point pen for Xmas in 46 so Ink Blotters did not 
last long into the
early 1950's.
