Announced That Postal Clerks Will Begin Running April 5th

    It is announced that arrangements have been made for placing postal clerks on the Virginian railroad beginning April 5th.
    It is no small matter to make arrangements for handling mail over a new road as not only the points on the line but near-by points have to be served with mail over the route.
