333 was a baggage/mail car purchased from the Pennsylvania RR in 1934, having originally been built in 1914; it was N&W Class BMj and was totally dismantled (scrapped) at Roanoke Shops in September 1947.
The photo of a baggage mail car numbered N&W 160 is not an original N&W car; I'd have to do some digging but it is probably a car inherited from the Wabash.

The car appears to be a multiple-unit design. I wonder if an order for MU cars was canceled and the builder modified and sold it at a reduced rate, which the N&W purchased?
