Norfolk and Western Has Six of the Latest Model
    The Norfolk and Western very soon will put in service six all steel baggage and express cars.  The news was brought to Portsmouth by an Adams Express messenger, who saw the cars in the union station at Pittsburg, where they were on their way to Hagerstown, Md., for delivery to the Norfolk and Western.  They are complete in all details and are said to be  fine specimens of modern car building.  On what runs they will be placed is not known definitely, but no doubt will be assigned to Trains Nos. 41 and 42, running between Washington, D. C., and Chattanooga, Tenn.--Portsmouth Times.
