VMT's Class J Trademark

Let's cut to the quick.

Could not NWHS leadership (if it has not done so already) call for a 
meeting face-to-face involving VMT and NS leadership and NWHS leadership 
as "friend of the court" asap to sort out all the troublesome issues?

E-mail salvos will be of no avail.  They _do_ serve to raise issues.  
But what is needed here is authoritative _decision_. So a face-to-face 
among bigwigs should take care of business, or at least clarify sticking 
points that need addressing and by whom, exactly, with authority to 
_settle_ the questions.

Make sense?
