FYI, The 611 blew her whistle just minutes ago as she crossed the Fort Ave area in Lynchburg, Va. She is going to stop at Woodall Road to take on water before heading North to Kemper Street Station on the Southern to pick up three private cars. Then she will head towards Manassas.
